Removing Barriers
Not everyone starts from the same place.
Cost, disability, confidence, location, previous experiences and traditional sporting environments can all prevent people from participating.
That’s why we work with families, funders, community organisations and partners to create free and subsidised opportunities, adaptable programs and different ways to get involved.
Inclusion isn’t about inviting everyone to the same activity. It’s about making sure everyone has a meaningful way to participate.

How We Measure Success
Success might be hundreds of people participating every week.
But it can also be one child joining a group for the first time. One adult finding somewhere they feel comfortable. One family being able to afford regular activity. Or one person discovering that sport can be for them too.
Those moments are why Rainbow Roos exists.
And they’re the impact that matters most.
